OUR PROCESS:
I. Inquire.
Using the contact page, send us an email with as much information about your wedding as you can! Do you know how much coverage you need? Are you interested in photography and videography? Do you have a rough timeline? What is the most important thing to you when it comes to photography and videography? We want to know it all! We will reply to your email within 24 hours and provide you with our wedding menu where you can see photography, videography and bundled collections. We can schedule a phone consultation to go over all of the little details and answer all of your questions!
II. Book The Date.
If after our consultation you feel that we check all of your boxes, we are ready to seal the deal! At this point we will create your contract, and have it sent over for you to review and sign. A 30% deposit is also required at this point to secure your date with us.
III. Plan & Take Your Photos.
Once you have booked your wedding with us, we will start talking details! We will plan your engagement session and discuss locations and outfits, and set a date! A few months before the wedding we will also have a consultation to go over your final wedding itinerary and take note of any must have shots, important moments, etc.
IV. Deliver Memories.
Within 2 weeks after the wedding, we will deliver your sneak peaks which will be a handful of our favourite images from your day! Then we will be working around the clock to deliver your full gallery and highlight video within 4 - 16 weeks.

We are so pleased with how at ease the photography and videography processes felt. In fact, our post ceremony photos and video ended up being one of our favourite parts of the entire day, and so beautifully portray the love and gratitude we felt as we took our first photos as husband and wife. They were also skillful at politely but effectively wrangling up our large families for some great family photos.

FAQ
How much coverage do you offer?
We have several different packages with different prices, based on the amount of coverage a client needs. For weddings, our packages in our wedding menu start at 8 hours and up to 12 hours. This being said, if your wedding falls below our minimum, or requires more coverage, it does not mean we will not still cover it. This just means you will require a custom package to fit your special day, which we will be happy to create for you after our consultation!
Do you offer the option of having a second photographer or videographer? Is their work listed on this site?
We do offer second photographers and videographers and highly suggest having second shooters on your wedding day. Aside from receiving extra footage or having photos from different angles, it also provides you with more time in the morning and the security in knowing that you have a backup already on site in case of emergency situations. We have several freelance photographers and videographers that work with us that are all amazing! Everyone has the same level of skill, equipment and represents On 3 with great pride! Their work is featured on our site and we can provide you with photographer specific galleries upon request.
Can we choose the location for our photo shoot?
Absolutely! We believe that the location plays a significant role in capturing unique and personalized photographs. Whether it's at your home, a scenic outdoor location, or a venue of your choice, we're open to capturing your portraits in a place that holds meaning to you. Or if you are unsure of a location, we can provide our suggestions as well based on the look you had in mind for your photos!
How long does a typical photo session last?
Engagement sessions typically range from about an hour to an hour and half, while events and weddings can span several hours depending on how much coverage you'd like. We strive to provide ample time to capture all the important moments and ensure you feel relaxed and comfortable throughout the session. Through our pre-wedding day consultations, we will help you build an itinerary that allows for enough time for all photo specific moments.
How long does it take to receive the final edited photos?
We understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos. Our editing process typically takes 1-2 weeks for some sneak peaks. For the final gallery, 8 - 16 weeks depending on the volume of images and the complexity of editing required. We prioritize quality and attention to detail to deliver exceptional images that exceed your expectations.
What happens if the weather is unfavorable on the day of an outdoor shoot?
Do I get all the photos you take or do I have to select only some of them? Are they all edited? Can I request RAW footage?
With all of our packages, we give our clients all of the images that turned out to our standards. We only filter our images where someone is blinking, not looking, the photo is a duplicate, or overall substandard. We edit all of the photos the way you see on our website and Instagram as well as include some black and white variations. We do not provide RAW images as the way we edit our images is what represents the On 3 brand, and we want every photograph to resemble that. We do have packages that include RAW video footage so that you are able to watch the whole day over as it happened.
What is your payment structure?
We totally understand that photography and videography can be a big investment on top of the other costs associated with planning a wedding. Our standard payment plan includes 3 instalments. We require a 30% non-refundable retainer at the time of booking to secure your wedding date with us. The final balance would then be split into 2 instalments. The 2nd would be due a few months before your wedding, around the time of us going over final itineraries and the final instalment would not be due until your photos/videos are ready to be delivered. Alternative plans can also be arranged, as long as they are discussed in advance.
