How it works
1. Connect & Discover
Tell us about your day — coverage, timeline, must-have moments. We’ll respond fast, share our photography + videography options, and set up a call to cover all the details. If it all feels right, we’ll send your contract and secure your date with a 30% deposit.
2. Plan & Prepare
Once your date is secured, we’ll start planning your engagement session — locations, outfits, and timing. A few months before the wedding, we’ll review your timeline and note every must-have moment to make sure nothing is missed.
3. Capture & Deliver
Within two weeks, we’ll share a handful of our favorite sneak peek images from your day. Then, over the next 4–16 weeks, we’ll be working behind the scenes to deliver your full gallery and highlight video — a beautiful collection you can relive again and again.

FAQ
How much coverage do you offer?
We have several different packages based on the amount of coverage you need. Our packages start at 8 hours and up to 12 hours. This being said, if your wedding falls below our minimum, or requires more coverage, it does not mean we will not still cover it. This just means you will require a custom package to fit your special day, which we will be happy to create for you after our consultation!
Do you offer the option of having a second photographer/videographer? Is there work on this site?
We do offer second photographers and videographers and highly suggest having second shooters on your wedding day. Aside from receiving extra footage or having photos from different angles, it also provides you with more time in the morning and the security in knowing that you have a backup already on site in case of emergency situations. We have several freelance photographers and videographers that work with us that are all amazing! Everyone has the same level of skill, equipment and represents On 3 with great pride! Their work is featured on our site and we can provide you with photographer specific galleries upon request.
How long does it take to get our photos?
We understand the anticipation of seeing your final photos. Our editing process typically takes 1-2 weeks for some sneak peaks. For the final gallery, 8 - 16 weeks depending on the volume of images and the complexity of editing required. We prioritize quality and attention to detail to deliver exceptional images that exceed your expectations.
Do I get all the photos you take or do I have to select only some of them? Are they all edited? Can I request raw footage?
With all of our packages, we give our clients all of the images that turned out to our standards. We only filter our images where someone is blinking, not looking, the photo is a duplicate, or overall substandard. We edit all of the photos the way you see on our website and Instagram as well as include some black and white variations. We do not provide RAW images as the way we edit our images is what represents the On 3 brand, and we want every photograph to resemble that. We do have packages that include RAW video footage so that you are able to watch the whole day over as it happened.
